The trailer hitch I recommend for your 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee L is the Draw Tite hitch part # DT42GR as it has the best price and towing capacities. It also installs behind the rear access panel so you end up with a totally hidden hitch when not in use.
Then for trailer wiring the Tekonsha kit part # TK39VR is the way to go as it installs easily and has the most reliable converter box.
