Yes, it does unless yours is the 1.6L turbo model! The Curt Hitch item # C67FR has been confirmed to fit the 2024 Kia Soul. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Kia with included hardware.
The Curt item # C67FR is a class I hitch with a 1-1/4" receiver. It has a 2,000 lbs towing capacity and a 200 lbs maximum tongue weight.
I have attached a couple of pictures along with an installation video so you can see what this hitch looks like when installed.
If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # C89KR and the Draw-Tite Drawbar item # 3593 and then for hitch balls item # 19258 for a 2 inch ball or item # 19256 for a 1-7/8 inch ball.
