Will the GM Puck System Adapter Rails for 5th Wheel Hitch C88KR Work w/ a Reese Slider?

I just bought a new gmc truck with the factory puck system. I’m looking to still be able to use my Reese slide hitch. Will the curt Item # C88KR accept my Reese hitch. I can’t get any product data from Reese website or customer service.

Congrats on the new truck! Yes, the Adapter Rails for Curt 5th Wheel Hitch item # C88KR will work with your Reese sliding hitch so long as it is set up to be used with industry standard 5th wheel rails. This adapter will drop right down inside the pucks built into your Sierra's bed.
We recently had a 2024 Sierra 2500 in the shop and I have linked an installation video below so you can see how to get this adapter set up.
Please note that the use of the Adapter Rails item # C88KR adds 2-1/2" of height to your 5th-wheel hitch when installed. If this puts you too nose high I recommend upgrading your 5th wheel hitch to the B&W Companion w/ Slider item # BWRVK3775. It attaches directly to the pucks and sits 17" - 19" above your Sierra's bed. The Companion has a 20,000 lbs capacity and will give you 11" of travel for making tight turns and backing.
