It will if you use the Blue Ox Tow Bar to Roadmaster EZ5, MS, and MX Base Plates Adapter Brackets item # BX88185. This adapter works with Blue Ox tow bars and Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plates like item # RM-52927-5 which is confirmed to fit a 2021 Subaru Crosstrek.

Here are some other parts you will need to flat tow a 2021 Subaru Crosstrek:

Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit item # RM-15267 or if you already have the cable you will just need the following parts to connect to your Crosstrek's lights and control them:

Brake Light Kit Relay- Roadmaster Brake-Lite Relay Kit item # RM-88400. This is to prevent your Crosstrek's brake signal from overriding the turn signal from the RV when applying the brakes during a turn.

High Low Adapter - The tow bar needs to be within 3" of level. If you measure the height of the inside top of the hitch receiver tube on your RV, and the height difference is more than 3 inches above/below the base plate tab height, you'll need a high/low adapter.
