I would be happy to recommend all of the components needed to flat tow your 2021 Subaru Crosstrek with the manual transmission.

Starting with the base plate kit I recommend the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # RM-52927-5 which is designed for a motorhome mounted tow bar you mentioned you are looking for. For a compatible tow bar I recommend the Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar - Motorhome Mount - 2" Hitch - 6,000 lbs # RM-522 due to the non-binding arms that allow you to quickly unhook the tow bar from your Subaru even on un-even ground.

Moving on to safety cables and wiring I recommend the RoadMaster Falcon 2 and Falcon All-Terrain Combo Towing Kit with Straight Wiring # RM-9243-1 which includes the wiring, safety cables, and connectors needed to safely flat tow your Subaru along with a storage case for the tow bar when it is not in use.
