I can clear the retract timeout return levelers for service code for Lippert jacks but the code frequently returns. What should I do?

I spoke with Lippert about your retract timeout error and they are saying that the error keeps coming back because the system is not retracting in the proper amount of time, so the error comes up to prevent your motor from burning up.

I would start by checking voltages at the battery, solenoid, and pump motor, and I also recommend checking for leaking fittings, hoses, jacks, and pump as well.

I'd try a reset first. To manually reset your Lippert Ground Control part #LC358590 you need to hold down the retract and enter buttons at the same time. Try that but if you still get an error code you most likely have a low voltage battery that…
