Replacement 7-Way For 2000 Dodge Durango

Question:
Due to a prior rearend wreck of my 2000 Dodge Durango, I need to replace the plug on the end of my tow wiring. It appears it was a 7 way circle plug with flat prongs in it. Will this product work? It has to have have the dodge rectangle plug on wiring end. Hopefully my pictures might help explain.

We do have a replacement 7-way kit that fits your 2000 Dodge Durango that has the square connector you mentioned as well with the part # HM42190.
