Troubleshooting Trailer Turn Signals On a 2015 Honda Odyssey That Aren't Working

Hello, I have a 2015 Honda Odyssey with a Curt 56378 wire harness installed. 1. I verified all the fuses are in the correct location and I have continuity across each fuse. 2. I verified continuity across the 10A fuse which sits in the middle of the red wire between the plug that mounts in the fuse box and the black convertor box. I also have 12VDC at the fuse receptacle on the red line. 3. I verified the plug is fully installed in the fuse box location. Now Im measured volts DC at the four pin flat connector. 4. I have 12VDC on the running light pin. 5. I have continuity on my ground pin to other ground points on the vehicle. 6. I have between 1.2 and 1.6 VDC on the left and right turn signal pins when the turn signals are on or the hazard lights are on. What is the correct VDC to have when the turn signals are on? How can I test the pins on the four pin flat to the pins on the fuse panel plug to test the convertor box? Thanks

The Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56378 needs to have 3.0 amps per side, so it looks like your turn signals are not pulling enough power.
To test your 4-pole connector, I recommend using the Brophy Circuit Tester for 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # F4CT. This will plug into your existing 4-pole and quickly and easily check the conductivity of all the circuits. You can also reference the FAQ I've attached to this answer page to dive a bit deeper.
