I need the 16’ roller and housing to mount only, and possibility the reel also. Is that available?

You can get a replacement 16' Solera RV Awning roller tube with part # LC260560357. We don't currently offer the inner spring, but we do have some replacement parts for the idler and drive heads. If you want to send me a picture of the parts you're referring to I'd be happy to check if we have a replacement available.
