This replacement kit takes the hassle out of swapping old or damaged material by combining the fabric and roller into one heavy-duty assembly. It fits Solera 14' hybrid and power awnings with an 8' projection, so you won’t have to fight with feeding new fabric into the tube or rail. The roller easily slides onto the heads of the existing awning arms, and with the required awning rail (LC715217 – sold separately), installation is straightforward and frustration-free.
The awning fabric is made from durable 13.5-oz vinyl that’s cold-crack tested down to -25°F, so it stays flexible even when temperatures drop. The heat-welded seams keep water from seeping through, helping prevent leaks and mildew buildup over time. The solid black fabric also resists fading and adds a clean, sharp look once it’s installed.
This kit comes with a 1-year limited warranty on the roller and a 5-year warranty on the fabric, giving you confidence that the materials will hold up through years of use. The heavy-duty build ensures dependable shade and protection from sun and rain whenever you need it.
To determine the correct size, measure from the center of your awning’s left arm to the center of its right arm—this gives you a true 14' width. The fabric itself measures 13'1" (157") wide, and the roller tube measures 14' wide. Avoid measuring only the old fabric since that will come up short. This straightforward sizing method ensures a snug, proper fit every time.
The solid black color extends across both the fabric and roller tube for a uniform, modern appearance. It blends easily with most RV exteriors, making your awning look sharp and updated while providing dependable protection from the elements.

And if you have a camper, the name Lippert probably is somewhere on your camper, and today we're at the corporate headquarters, and we're gonna be talking to some of their product experts to take a closer look at their products. So, let's hop inside and get to chatting. So Dymon, if I have a Solera awning already, and I've had it on my camper for a while, but it's got a tear, whether from wear and tear, or it's just starting to get old and dingy and I wanna replace it, you can absolutely do that. Yeah, absolutely. We have replacement fabrics, maybe you want just a different color.
We have a wide variety of colors available to you. All different sizes, you can see down here. So we're going to fit whatever current awning you have. But it's a very convenient way to get a new look on your awning without investing for the whole awning itself. 13 half ounce vinyls, five year warranty on 'em.
So we know it's a good vinyl and it's gonna last a while. And again, you see green burgundies, blue, silvers, sand. You know, at the campsite there's a lot of times you look around, and to stand out at campsites, people want to do that. And you can color coordinate to however you want. So you know, if you're a certain sports team fan and you really want to show it, you can do that with your awning with replacement fabric.
So you know, a good chance, if you are trying to make your camper look a little bit more presentable with a nicer awning or replace a damaged one, it's a good chance that you can get the same one or you can jazz it up a little bit. Awning came on the aluminum roller extrusion. A friend of mine and I had it installed in an hour or so: it’s been a year of full time RV’ing and it’s doing well with no issues. Very satisfied.
