Is the 60 in with or without the fittings? I would like to replace my 3x 64-in steel hose with these if the measurement is without the fittings included.

The overall length of the DeeMaxx Hydraulic Brake Hose # DE58GR that you referenced of 60 inches does include the fittings. So the distance is from end to end.
