It is not recommended to open the rear hatch on your 2024 Kia Niro PHEV with a trunk mounted bike rack like the Yakima FullBack 2 Bike Rack # Y02634 installed. You will want to remove the bikes and rack before opening the rear hatch to prevent any damage to the door hatch which could be caused by the clips holding the rack or the additional weight on the hatch door.
If you plan on carry any alternative or women's frame style bikes you will need the Yakima Tube Top Bike Adapter Bar # Y02531 to hang the bike on the above rack.
