The 15 amp fuse for the Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 5th Wheel RV Leveling System # LC358590 should be in line with the Control Panel for Lippert Ground Control 3.0 # LC421484, not the Touchscreen Remote w/ Charger for Lippert Ground Control 3.0 # LC358601.

It is most likely an in-line fuse on the wiring for the Control Panel for Lippert Ground Control 3.0 # LC421484, so I would trace your wiring back from the control panel until you locate the fuse.
