Can you tell me the diameter of the rod and length when in the locked position?

I went out to the warehouse and measured the Gooseneck Coupler Handle # GCPN-HD and measured 8 1/2" overall, 3 1/4" for an overall height, 2 1/2" for an inside measurement, and is 12.95 mm (.5") thick.
I've attached a diagram showing these measurements for you to check out.
