Thanks for all of the info! It looks like you have a BT8 spindle so that's the type of replacement hubs you need. This style is available with a 4-bolt or 5-bolt pattern so I'll give my recommendations for each:
- 4 on 4" Bolt Pattern # AKIHUB-440-2-EZ-1K
- 5 on 4-1/2" Bolt Pattern # AKIHUB-545-2-EZ-1K
If you happen to need a hub and drum setup for a trailer with brakes then the Easy Grease Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 2K Axles # AKHD-545-2-EZ-1K is what you're needing instead.
