I spoke with Lippert and based on the dimensions you gave me the correct fit is going to be the Lippert Replacement Hydraulic Cylinder for RV Slide-Out # LC342328. The dimensions of this cylinder are slightly different than your current cylinder but Lippert stated that this is still within tolerance and that this is the most common cylinder used is typically for a living room slide. Since it's a few inches off you'll want measure the distance for your jam nuts to make sure you set this cylinder to stop at the correct time. Lippert has a video going over how to measure and replace your hydraulic cylinder that I'll send a link to separately to help walk you through this process.
