Hi, everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look at this Lippert Replacement Hydraulic Cylinder for your RV slide-out. Now, this is going to replace the hydraulic cylinder for your LCI hydraulic RV slide-out systems, and this is gonna give you the force to move the slide-out system. Taking a closer look here, as you can see, it is a silver color. You are going to get this one hydraulic cylinder. Let me give you some measurements that might prove helpful for you.
As it is right now, the overall length, 39 inches, and then the port-to-port length on center, so that's gonna be from here to here where I have those caps in, we are sitting right at 27 inches on center. And then the tube length itself looks like right at 28 1/4 inches. The tube diameter is 1 3/4 inches, and the bore is 1 1/2 inches. So, again, this is from Lippert, so this is going to be the direct replacement. Item arrived early and in perfect condition. Was originally going to have a mobile mechanic install but decided to do it myself. Took about an hour or so. Product fit perfect and works perfect.

My part arrived this morning, three working days delivery. The part it perfectly and was easily installed following e-trailer online video. Great customer service and quick delivery. Couldn't ask for more.
The e-trailer ram appears to be identical to my OEM Lippert ram and after the install the ram appears to work as designed. I would recommend this ram if you were looking for an inexpensive replacement at good quality.
Product looks and performs as expected. Item was shipped quickly and etrailer kept me informed about shipping status. Very happy with all around service.
my original part that was sent from a different vendor was the wrong one and I need one the next day. etrailer was awesome a little on the pricey side for the part but their shipping cost offset the price. great company to work with and I would use them again.
As a parts manager in an RV dealer some parts are not normally stocked. Normal supply channels may not be able to get the part here for 7-10 days. When this happens etrailer becomes my go to people so I can expedite getting the job completed and my customers back on the road. Always a great experience and no delay in game.
The hydraulic cylinder is a direct replacement for my part. Installation was straight forward and fairly simple. Delivery to south Alabama only took three days. My only complaint is how the cylinder was packaged. It has a threaded rod on each end. One, about 3 inches long, is attached to the trailer frame and the other end is about 8 inches long and attaches to the slide out. The slide out end had heavy cardboard sleeve protecting the threads. The other end had no protection other than some loosely fitting bubble wrap stuffed in the cardboard carton. These threads were damaged and required filing before I could get a nut started. It wasn't a big deal but the shipping carton was ripped into and taped in several places. The carton end closure was destroyed by the 9 pound cylinder sliding back and forth. I was luck only having to fix a few threads.
Exact replacement for the old cylinder which was leaking internally. Etrailer gives excellent customer service and fast shipping.
