Will this replace hartland 0151805 refrigerator roof cover

I wasn't able to get the dimensions of your trailer's refrigerator cover so you'll need to measure the cutout hole to determine fitment of the Dometic RV Refrigerator Roof Vent Cap and Base # DMC97FR. This replacement is designed to fit a 23-3/4" long x 6-3/4" wide cutout hole. We also offer the Dometic # DMC37FR which fits a 23-3/8" long x 6-1/2" wide cutout hole.
To complete the installation you'll also need some butyl tape # AL28FJ and self-leveling sealant # 34427034145-1 for a waterproof seal.
