We carry the Camco RV Refrigerator Vent Cover # CAM42160 (black # CAM42163) which is designed to fit a 26" long x 7-1/2" wide base. If your base dimensions differ then you'll need to replace the base as well with part number # CAM42161 (black # CAM42164).
We also carry an all-in-one replacement with part # DMC97FR, which is designed to fit a 23-3/4" long x 6-3/4" wide cutout.
If you have to replace the base I recommend picking up some butyl tape # AL28FJ for the bottom side of the mounting flange and a couple tubes of self-leveling sealant # 34427034145-1 for the top side of the flange for a waterproof seal.
