Yes we do have hitches that fit your 2020 Lexus RX 350 F-Sport like with the Draw Tite part # 75540 for a pretty standard mostly hidden hitch or the Hidden Hitch part # DT58GR which has a removable lower hitch opening allowing it to be totally hidden when not in use.
