The difference between E-Coat and Galvanized finish is the material and the method by which they are applied. Galvanizing involves the application of a heavy layer of molten zinc.
E-coating is the process of immersing the part in a bath of water-soluable paint while being connected to an electrical power source set at a certain voltage. E-coating is widely used in the automobile industry due to the smooth surface and the ability to apply paint over it.
If the item is being used in rough service galvanized is preferred because it will protect as long as there is zinc remaining on the metal. If the item is to be used in a lighter service e-coating may be preferred because it does not corrode and can last longer.
We offer wheels that have a galvanized finish, like part # AM20747, with a 6 X 5.5 bolt pattern. We also carry a wheel that has E-coating with a silver powder paint finish, like part # AM20746, that you referenced.
I have attached a product review video for you and also a help article on determining wheel bolt pattern.
