Parts Needed For Installing 4-Way Flat & 7-Way Blade Connectors On a 2023 Toyota Highlander

Question:

Do have all the materials available to purchase through your website for the installation of changing a 4 way plug on 2023 Highlander to a combo 7 way plug and 4 way plug. Your duel plug part seems easy but not sure how I can purchase the wire which Im guessing is a 10 gauge wire and do you also sell the 30 amp fuse if this is blown are there cartridges inside or does the part need to be changed? Thanks for your help

If your 2023 Toyota Highlander came with the factory 4-way flat you will want to use the 7-Way Kit # ETBC7 to convert your Highlander and have both a 4-way flat and 7-way blade connector. This kit includes the wiring and circuit breakers needed to add the charge line as well as a Brake Controller # RED52VR. The Mounting Panel # 331-TPSI-002 will allow you to place the controller in one of the factory removable switch panels on your Highlander.

If you do not have any tow wiring on your Highlander from the factory the Tekonsha OEM Replacement Vehicle Wiring Harness # TK57VR is your best option. You can replace the 7-way included with the kit with a 7/4-Way Combo Connector # HM40975. You will then be able to connect the Brake Controller # RED24FR with the Adapter # 331-TPH-017. You will also be able to use the Mounting Panel # 331-TPSI-002 with this setup for a clean appearance.
