Can Kuat NV 2.0 Base Bike Rack Tilt With Bikes Loaded

Question:
The specs for the Kuat Base NV 2.0 specifies that the rack cannot be tilted while loaded with bikes. Perhaps that spec just reflects the manufacturer being conservative, because some of the pictures on your site for the rack show the rack in the tilted position with one or two bikes loaded on the rack most pictures show it tilted with only one bike loaded, but one or two show it tilted with two bikes loaded. Would it be advisable to NOT tilt the rack with two bikes loaded, and would your answer differ if the rack had two ebikes on the rack my wife and I currently have two hybrid trail bikes, but might get ebikes in the future - what are your thoughts/recommendations in that regard? My current car is a 2019 Acura RDX with a factory 1.25inch hitch.

You can have your bikes loaded up and still tilt the Kuat NV 2.0 Base 2-Bike Platform Rack - 1-1/4" Hitches # BA12B.
I couldn't find where it said in the specs it could not be in the tilted position so I checked with Kuat and as you can see in the cut out of the instructions I provided, they have a photo of the rack tilted with a bike on it. This is just one but you can indeed have two bikes loaded on the # BA12B and tilt it.
Even with ebikes you can still do it; so long as you aren't over the 60 lb per-bike capacity it isn't an issue at all.
