For a hitch that fits your 2023 Model Y I recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT58MR. It features a bolt-on installation and will be completely hidden with your bumper panel in place.
For wiring, check out the ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness # 119250KIT. This uses zero contact interface sensors so you won't be splicing into the sensitive wiring on your Tesla. This will give you a 4-way to power your trailer's signal lights.
