Will Yakima Lock Core Fit in Thule Replacement Locking Anti-Rattle Knob

Question:

Lock cylinder compatibility: Is this compatible with Yakima one key system lock cylinders? Ive had some Thule products over the years where Yakima lock cores would work, but have had some that they would not.

We just go with a blanket "no" statement for that question because the Thule Replacement Locking Anti-Rattle Knob # 753-0073 will definitely fit with Thule cores. We've been told by all of our rec manufacturers (Thule, Yakima, Rhino-Rack, Inno, etc,...) that you have to use the same brand cores and while I'm not surprised you've found some crossover fitments, it would be few and far between so it's best to stick with parts that are known to work together.
