Dimensions of C-Channel on Rhino-Rack Vortex Crossbars

Question:
What are the vortex bar c channel dimensions? ie what size t bolt or nut fits track? All the details needed to make a decision on these bars are lacking in product description. I combed through and found the load limit. I also combed through reviews and discovered you need spacers for Retrax handle interference. What else am I missing on an informed decision?

Hi Brian; the channel is 7/8" wide x 1/4" tall and the opening at the top is 7/16" wide. I went ahead and attached a diagram below with the measurements. The spacers # RRQMVA25 to clear the handle are the only other thing you will need with the # RRVA180B-RRRLT600.
