Will the Replacement Hitch Arm Assembly for the Thule Chariot Work With an Older Chinook

I am inquiring to see if the end of this is a square fitting or more triangular. I have an older chariot, the chinook 1, which requires a triangular fitting. \ The parts have been discontinued but I am needing a new hitch arm and am wondering if this model would work

Like you said, since the parts have been discontinued this is not confirmed to work but it's worth a shot.
