According to Roadmasters fitment guide your 2016 Chevy Express 3500 Passenger Van would require the Custom Mounting Brackets for Roadmaster Reflex Steering Stabilizer # RM-RBK23 and the RSSC stabilizer, which you would need to get directly from Roadmaster.
