I spoke with my contact at Everchill regarding the Mini Fridge # 324-000110 that you referenced and she said there are a couple primary differences between it (along with all of their other RV refrigerators) and standard household units.
The first is the internal construction of the unit and motor. It is designed specifically to do a better job of withstanding movement and rough terrain that might be encountered on the road. As you probably know you really don't want to shake or move a household fridge at all but this particular unit is able to do this without affecting operation.
The EverChill fridge is also designed to withstand a higher fluctuation in temperatures.
I have attached a short video demonstration that you can check out as well.
