Item # 118701 does not fit a 2023 Hyundai Palisade but I have one that does. It is the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness item # C43FV. This custom-fit T-connector plugs into your Palisade's wiring harness, which is located behind the tail lights. It will provide you with a 4-way connector capable of controlling your trailer or accessories lighting functions. No cutting or splicing required.
