Instead, the closest we have to what you'd need is the Replacement Pin and Clip for Thule Goalpost Load Bar and Parkway Bike Carriers # 853-5210-02.
This hitch pin has a 3/8" diameter which is what you need, however it may be a bit short measuring 3" long.
