Not a lot; just a 4 inch wide x 3-3/8 inch long section of fascia needs to be trimmed on your 2023 Dodge Hornet to install the Curt hitch that fits, which is the following part number:

- Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C77VV

The fascia trimming is needed so the receiver can protrude, and is directly underneath the bumper so it won't be visible at all. I have added a diagram below for you which shows the cut out needed.

I attached a picture that shows the Curt hitch part #C77VV installed on a Hornet to show you where the hitch opening will sit once installed. It does fit right to the bottom of the rear bumper.
