Thanks etrailer, your YouTube videos are very helpful. I have a 2013 Ford F-150 and was looking for kayak transportation solutions. I already had that Thule Evo Wing Bars and needed to find something to go with that. I first tried the Thule Hullavator but that proved to not work. 1: The combined weight of the bars, kayaks and 2 Hullavators exceeded my roof weight limit. 2: The 60” bars are not long enough to allow the Hullavator to swing down over the side of the cab. So, I switched to the Hullaport Aero which I ordered from etrailer. The website ordering was simple and shipping was super fast! The package was well boxed and the installation of the Hullaport Aero was super simple on the Thule Wing Bar Evo. Thanks! I would highly recommend you and would do business with you again in the future.
I really like these j-style folding kayak roof rack mounts. They are very low profile and I am able to leave them on while I drive a standard 5th generation 4Runner through a standard 7 foot garage door.
This was a very satisfactory affordable alternative to the higher priced racks with T slot. I did find that inserting the bolt for Thule Hull-a-Port carrier required that I pull the noise-reducing strip, cut it down, and reinstall it. The instructions that the strip could just be pushed down did not work for these bolts -- just too large. Overall pleased once I played with it a bit.
Overall pleased with the kit. Everything locks which is nice and also great being able to fold them down. Price would be my only complaint, not etrailer, but thule and what they charge for these seems a bit much compared to other setups.
I rarely leave reviews but I have ordered a few items from etrailer lately and will say that I am impressed with how quickly they get my order shipped and how quickly it gets here.
Love the ability to use a T-bolt for my rack system and that it came with keys/lock! Pricey but quality product. Easier to use and than my Yakima Bow Down.

I bought two sets of these, and got them put on in less than an hour. Used them for the first time this morning and they were very secure. Also let me keep parking in my garage when folded down. Totally pleased with this purchase.
