Yes, there is. I checked with our vendors and there is one hitch for a 2023 Toyota BZ4X. It is the Curt Trailer Hitch item # C92NR. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Toyota with included hardware.
The Curt item # C92NR is made for accessories only like bike racks and cargo carriers. It has a 200 lbs maximum capacity. I have linked the installation instructions below.
