I have a 2023 Dodge Hornet, I need a trailer hitch but I have been struggling to find one. Do you know if there will be a hitch that fits anytime soon?

You want the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C77VV, which is confirmed to fit your Hornet and will provide you with a 2" hitch receiver. The 2" receiver is the most common size used for hitch mounted accessories such as bike racks, cargo carriers and ball mounts.
If you plan to do any towing, you can round out a tow package by adding the Curt Powered Tail Light Converter with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C59236 and the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900.
