If you can provide me with the axle tag information for your 2004 Airstream Safari 25' travel trailer I will be able to verify if the Dexter Electric Trailer Brake Kit # 23-26-27 will fit your trailer. Otherwise you will need to measure and ensure if your axle has the 2-7/8" mounting bolt pattern. You will also need to ensure your current hubs allow for a 10" diameter x 2-1/4" wide brake.
You may consider upgrading to the Self-Adjusting # 23-468-469 brakes. These provide more consistent brake feel as they wear. It will also save you from having to adjust the brakes manually.
If your brakes are only 1-1/2" wide you may need the Brake Kit # K23-472-473-00. These are one of the 3,000lb brake kits used on your weight capacity axle.
