Can i back up with the curt c17052 installed, by just taking off the sway control pieace. Thanks

You can back up with the Curt MV Weight Distribution System # C17052. This does not include any type of sway control. If you are referring to the Curt MV Weight Distribution System w/ Friction Sway Control # C17062 then you only need to remove the Sway Unit # 17200 to back up with the weight distribution bars still attached.
