Does the install require cutting on my truck? It says no drill and easy install but a video speaks of cutting away existing metal.

Yes, the Air Lift # AL88375 will require cutting off where the factory bump stops get installed on your 2021 Ram 1500 Big Horn.
If this bothers you I'd go with the Supersprings # SSC-51 instead. This replaces your factory coil springs with stiffer springs to prevent some suspension sag.
