Do you recommend timbrens or sumo springs to help with rear sag on my 2022 ram 1500 4x4 4dr short bed when towing my 7000 lb camper

I recommend using the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs - Rear Axle item # SSR-307-47 to address sag in your 2022 Ram 1500. Timbrens will offer you a rough unforgiving ride and are typically only recommended when there are no other options or on work trucks with service beds. The SumoSprings will help with the weight put on the rear of your truck when towing but you will not notice them during daily driving.

Another way to address sag are the SuperCoils Custom Suspension Coils item # SSC-50 which replaces your factory rear coil springs and offers a 2058lb weight capacity, or the heavier duty item # SSC-51 which offers a 2480. If you only tow occasionally I would go with the item # SSC-50.
