Why Wouldn't Demco Wireless LED Tow Bar Lighting Kit DM36MV Work with Mercedes Sprinter

I bought a demco blue tooth light bar from you folks and it works fine when I plug it into my new broncho just to try it but when I plug it into the rv 2019 sprinter/view it wont work and sends a fault code How do we decifer the fault code ..when I tow another toad the lights work fine... w/ umbilicle

German vehicles like the Mercedes Sprinters have trailer wiring that just does not like to work with LED lighting like what the Demco part # DM36MV provides. But thankfully we have an adapter that was designed to solve this problem with the Curt 7-Way Adapter part # C57003. The error code you are seeing is for a "bulb out" or basically the vehicle thinks you have a blown taillight.
