With a 2" x 2" receiver opening, this Class III hitch opens up a lot of options for what you can take along. It’s rated for up to 4,500 lbs gross trailer weight and 675 lbs tongue weight, so it’s ready for small trailers, boats, or extra cargo on a rear-mounted carrier. The standard 2" size also means it works with most bike racks, cargo trays, and ball mounts without needing adapters.
This hitch is made from fully welded carbon steel that gives it the kind of strength and durability you can trust. The matte black powder coat finish resists rust and corrosion, keeping it looking good even after years of road grime and weather exposure. It’s solidly built so you can tow or haul with confidence every time you hitch up.
Installing this hitch doesn’t take anything fancy — just bolt it up to the frame using the included hardware kit. There’s no welding required, so you can do the install yourself in your driveway with basic tools. It’s designed to align with existing attachment points, making the setup process straightforward and frustration-free.
The receiver sits beneath the bumper so it stays tucked out of sight when not in use. That concealed cross tube keeps the back end looking clean while still giving you full function when it’s time to tow or mount an accessory. You get a hitch that blends in but is always ready for work or adventure.

install was easy .had a little trouble lining up the holes ,but overall great fit
Installation was a bit tight but went in after a few sledge suggestions. Overall quality seems very good!
Fits perfect and easy to install. Took me 20 minutes.
Always good with etrailer
Fit the car perfectly, videos from etrailer were very helpful.
The receiver is performing great.
only reason 4 stars is because box was damaged allowing hitch to be exposed to paint damage. No big deal, but somewhat disappointing.
Just as described. Easy install with the video support.
Instructional videos are a great help. It took a little TLC with a floor jack to get it into place, but it's in and doing the job. Can't knock the fact it was shipped the same day it was ordered or the fact this company goes to lengths to ensure you will be satisfied with the product.
Easy Install, well manufactured and fits perfect.
The six bolts do not fit our Hyundai Tucson. Need to send the right bolt. The mechanic could not install.
Much easier than last installation. Good video. Excellent video.
Box came damaged...but you got right back to me....all good....installerxwas very happy that my hitch came from you!
Very hefty product and a perfect fit on my vehicle, easy installation. Will handle everything I throw at it.
Perfect fit, expedient delivery couldn't have been better
Very easy install. Very happy with the product.
This is the first of 2 reviews. Ordering the product was fast and simple. It was shipped promptly. The actual shipment was a bit beat up. I'm going to install the hitch and see if anything was compromised in shipping.
Overall, a positive purchase experience. I would recommend this site to everyone! The website is well constructed making it easy to search for the correct hitch and compare options. Installation video gave me the courage to do it myself. I would never have thought installing a hitch would be so easy though it's heavy and hard to lift into place if you are working by yourself. (Be forewarned!) The price also seemed reasonable. My one issue is with the shipping. It arrived quickly and one day earlier than expected - but like some other reviews I read - the hitch broke through the cardboard box it's shipped in. The hitch is secured in the box to keep it from moving up and down but not shifting side to side, which allowed one mounting bracket and the hitch to break through the box. I think that could be prevented if etrailer would insert blocks of styrofoam or rolls of cardboard between the hitch and the walls of the box so it doesn't rock back and forth. I would think the shipping companies would also be happy to not transport something with a hunk of metal jutting out of the box. A small issue. I would buy again without hesitation from etrailer. Now my wife and I need to buy the rack for our bikes!
Perfect fit, easy installation. Ordering was simple and service was excellent.
The hitch fit perfectly but didn't arrive in the best of shape. A little more packing material would have helped greatly. No parts were missing but the hitch was scratched up pretty good so only 4 stars.
It fit my 2024 Tuscon and instructions described how to install.
Fitment was a little off and gave me a bunch of headaches. 2023 Kia Sportage sx prestige. the hitch made contact with the bumper and while it's perfectly okay it made the two horizontal bolt holes line up poorly. this is after removing the underside trim. the screws that hold the removed trim also got in the way, as I couldn't raise the tow hitch level enough. once I got the screw posts cut shorter and the hitch jacked up as high as I could against the rear bumper without cracking it, all the bolt holes lined up. I have no idea if my Sportage was just an anomaly but it was a lot more work than I expected from a hitch that claimed it was a perfect fit.
Super easy to install even on the ground in the garage. Just needed a floor jack, a flat head, and a 17mm socket/wrench. Very low profile and inconspicuous.
Only install change from the videos on here: with the 2026 models (I have a Sportage Hybrid SX Prestige), the plastic 14mm nuts are no longer there. You instead have these plastic white retainers that are not as easy to remove (see photos for what I am talking about). Easiest way was to use the flat head to "twist" the retainer while pulling down on the plastic piece I was removing. Trying to pull and twist off by hand kept accidentally pushing the retainer back into place.
Box came in damaged with the rack half hanging out looked rough but after inspection it was just a small scratch, in my opinion just gives credence to the quality of the rack. Install was a breeze with the video found on the website although my vehicle is probably one of the easiest I have ever seen. The Fit was premium fit perfectly and went in without an issue. Highly recommend a buddy or cut a deadman/ use your jack for the other side. I think the directions fell out of the box in shipping but the excellent customer service rep was able to send them to me in less than a 5 min chat. If I ever need a rack again I know where I will go and I know who to recommend people ordering from.

So glad this was a snap for your '25 Hyundai Tucson! Super happy to hear it's been a good experience so far :) What all will you be towing?

So 1 year later still going strong, still recommending the product and site and havent had anyone come back to me upset about it. easy to use and hard to abuse.
Installed on 2025 Hyundai Tuscon PlugIn which was NOT listed as a model. Completed in about 20 minutes, removing both exhaust hangers. Wish they included torque value (50 ftlbs) in video as did not discover needed to check qwerty code until after was installed and could not take pics.

Hey John, I’ve got an answer for you regarding the torque specs! Manufacturers sometimes update torque specs for various reasons, so we’ll often recommend checking the instructions you got for the most accurate info. I know that’s not always ideal, especially if you’re following one of our videos and have to pause to track down the instructions, but it’s the best way to ensure you're working with the latest specs. Hope that helps! Let me know if you have any other questions. And thank you for confirming the hitch fits the 2025 Tucson Plug-In, that’s super helpful info for others too!
It was delivered very fast! Came with bolts to anchor to my Tucson. Looked like the anchor bracket on each end of rack were bent out a little but it was fine. Mounted it by myself in about 1.25hrs. Used a bucket and a piece of wood to support one side and then the other side I got one bolt started. Then the other side I used a bottle jack to lift it into place as it was very tight. I also used a 2 lb hammer to adjust a little. This was easy to get into place and get bolted into place. I would buy again if I needed one. etrailer has been good to ship out fast. The only thing to remember is there is no support bracket for your 4 pin wire plug.

Bucket and a piece of wood - love it! Making do with what you have is the way to go. Thanks for the photo, too, Mark!

I have used it for hauling an electric bike rack. Both bikes weigh about 95 lbs each. It is working out great.
