Question:

Does part number DM5942, Replacement Inner Slide for Demco DA91, fit into a 3in hitch receiver? For example, would it fit into the Curt Solid Steel 3inch Hitch Bar in the attached pictures?

The Replacement Inner Slide for Demco DA91 Actuators # DM12808-97 you have pictured is only designed to work with the Demco Hydraulic Trailer Brake Actuator # 8759121 or DA91 if you go by Demco's part numbers. It has a 3" x 3" outer diameter so it would fit inside the Curt Solid Steel 3" Hitch Bar # C55NR, but there would be no way to attach the Slide Kit # DM5942 since it sits on the outside of the # DM12808-97.

If you were intending to use part # DM12808-97 as a channel-style ball mount you'd have no way of mounting it in a receiver tube since there isn't a hitch pin hole spaced appropriately. These are really just repair parts for a specific actuator and really can't be used for anything else.
