Question:
I am replacing a 89 in, 3500 pound axle with a 4 inch drop and 5 lugs that has a brake hub for one that doesnt have brakes. Which axle do you recommend.

The etrailer axle part # e72GR matches everything you need but you didn't mention the spring seat to spring seat dimension you have which is only piece of the puzzle missing. The spring seat dimension is the attachment point for the axle to the trailer so this has to be exact. This axle has a 74 inch dimension for that and if that matches what you have it would work really well.
All of the axles we have that match what you listed have this dimension as 74 inches so if you have something different you would need to find a local trailer shop to you who can order in custom axles and give them the dimensions you need.
