Distance from Mounting Plate to Jack Tube on Fulton XLT Trailer Jack F26ZR

Question:
Hello, I just purchased the Fulton XLT Bolt-Thru Swivel Trailer Jack - Bolt On - Sidewind - 12inch Lift - 1,500 lbs Item # F141133 for my Lowe boat trailer. I attempted to install it today and found that the overall height is just a little too high for my application. If I use the lower set of holes then the lift height gives me 1.5inch between tow ball/coupler contact and the wheel lifting off the ground. That is tight but acceptable. Unfortunately then the handle just slightly hits the boat, not enough for my hand to fit on the handle. If I use the upper set of holes then the handle clears the boat nicely but then theres only 0.5inch between the time the tow ball contacts the coupler and the wheel lifting off the ground. Too tight if theres any bumps for unevenness in the ground or if the truck is loaded down. I was also looking at the Fulton F26ZR which looks a little shorter in overall length. Do you know the dimension from the welded on bracket to the top of the tube housing on the F26ZR? The F141133 that I ordered is about 13. If the F26ZR is a few inches shorter then I think that would work better. Thanks for your time.

In regards to the Fulton XLT Bolt-Thru Swivel Trailer Jack part # F26ZR, the distance from the center of the mounting bracket to the top of the jack tube cap is 13.4". I have attached a photo below as well to show this. I spoke to Fulton and this is the only measurement they were able to provide in reference to the jack tube height.
