Looking to replace tires, need two. Maybe a spare as well.

The 205/65-10 tires are going to be the best bet. If your existing tires are 8 inches wide, then the 205/65 will be ideal.
The Loadstar K399 Bias Trailer Tire # AM1HP52 that you referenced should work very well for you.
