Is There a Nut to Install the Timbren Suspension Enhancement System On a 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan

Question:

What is the timbren rear enhancement mounts bolting into. I see them attached to the frame but are there threaded nuts already in the car? This is for 2007 Grand caravan.

The Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System part # TDVR05096 which is a fit for a 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan installs with a weld nut inside the frame. I have attached a screen shot of the instructions which explains this below.
