i have a axle on my boat trailer i cant find i want a axle without brakes center spring to center is 78 it has a 4leaf spring eye to eye is 26 brake flange to flange is 86 axle over all length is 96 hub face to fece is 89 1\2 hub is 5\41\2

I have just what you need for your boat trailer, the Dexter Trailer Axle Beam with EZ-Lube Spindles part # 35545I-EZ-89 which has a 3,500 lb weight capacity. The hub face to hub face of this axle is 89" and the spring center to spring center is then going to be 74" but you can move these to 78" apart pretty easily with part # TRSS238. The 1/2" difference in the hub face to hub face will not be an issue at all.
