Question:
We are trying to hook up the ac advnent 15000 BTU we purchased from you. It appears to need 12 volt for the thermostat. We dont currently have 12 volt. Is there a part you sell to step down the power?

Thank you for your purchase of the Advent Air Replacement RV Air Conditioner for Dometic Setup # ACDOM150!
This wall thermostat that you purchased, part # ACRG15, is only designed to work with 12V DC power, and there aren't any power adapters aside from adding a converter like what comes with the Progressive Dynamics 4100 Series RV Converter w/ Charge Wizard and AC/DC Distribution Panel # PD4135K.
You can also add a 12V battery bank if you need to use this when you aren't hooked up to shore power, otherwise the distribution panel will work just fine just for the wall thermostat power.
