The wording in that answer page is a bit confusing. Essentially the legs are not replaceable on their own and you'd have to completely replace the entire entire stabilizer # LC369774 with another one. Lippert unfortunately likes to make a lot of jacks that are completely trashed if one small component breaks.
If you would prefer to switch to a stabilizer that can also be used for leveling then you would need the Ultra-Fab Power Twin II Electric Stabilizer with Dual Motors # UF39-941705 instead.
