Is Replacement Thule Snug Tite Bolt an M12 Bolt

Is the THSTL2 the recommended anti wobble hitch pin and locking device for 1.25 inch Thule Hitching Post Pro 932? My owners manual has the bolt as a 12MM.

Yes, the Thule Snug Tite Hitch Lock and Anti-Rattle Device # THSTL2 bolt will work just fine with your 1-1/4" hitch receiver, and is also considered as an M12 bolt like you mentioned. This is the exact replacement you're looking for.
